Анотація
В статті розглянуто теоретичні підходи щодо походження концепції «стейкхолдерів», обгрунтовано її концептуальні положення з урахуванням впливу на діяльність підприємства в сучасних умовах. Надано класифікаційну характеристику основних груп стейкхолдерів та визначено їх роль в стратегічному розвитку підприємства. Охарактеризовано вплив взаємодії зацікавлених сторін із підприємством на розвиток та ефективне функціонування корпоративної соціальної відповідальності.
In the article the theoretical approaches to the origin of the concept of "stakeholders" reviewed, its conceptual positions considering the influence on the activity of the enterprise in modern conditions substantiated.
