Анотація
Досліджено причини, які зумовили неефективність державного регулювання процесів приватизації
в Україні, вибір способів приватизації і механізми неприватизаційних способів отримання прав власності на
державні об'єкти, проаналізовано виконання фінансових завдань приватизації, дано оцінку реприватизації і
етапу завершення приватизації.
The aim of the research – identify features of privatization feasibility of privatization methods, scope and methods of illegally obtaining property rights on public facilities. The analysis of the reasons for selecting certain specific methods of privatization in Ukraine examples of specific companies assessed the perception of privatization processes, analyzes the volume of contributions to the state budget in percentage of revenues. The characteristic of the phenomenon as reprivatization and presented evidence regarding the effectiveness of its implementation. Detailed analysis of the current phase of privatization – its completion in Ukraine. The conclusion about the ineffectiveness of state regulation of privatization. The conclusion about the discrepancy of the results of privatization the task.
