Анотація
Розглянуто питання формування складових системи стратегічного управління , процесу розробки
та реалізації стратегії інтегрованих бізнес-структурах. З’ясовано особливості стратегічного управління в
практиці діяльності українських інтегрованих корпоративних структурах, визначено характерні складові
системи стратегічного управління, особливості організаційних елементів системи стратегічного управління.
The purpose of the article is research of constituents of strategically oriented control system and features of realization of processes of strategic management in the computer-integrated corporate structures of economy of Ukraine. The features of creation, forming of organizational structures of management of computer-integrated corporate structures and constituents of the system of strategic управлінн are analysed. Experience of introduction of process of strategic management, instruments of реалізаціїї of стратегіїї development, feature of organizational elements of the system of strategic management is generalized. Certainly, that the feature of process of forming of corporate strategy and strategies of separate business-directions of інтегрованоих of corporate structures is a concordance of interests of partnersparticipants and application of voice process, indexes which can be applied for the estimation of innovative activity forming of innovative potential of enterprises-participants and computer-integrated corporate structure of вцілому are offered. Need further research of form and methods of concordance of administration of process of strategic management at the level of separate participants of computer-integrated corporate structures.
