Анотація
У статті обґрунтовано необхідність удосконалення підходів до переробки твердих побутових відходів в
Україні. Зроблено висновки про те, що вибір методів і технологій переробки твердих побутових відходів повинен
здійснюватися з урахуванням особливостей регіонального та місцевого розвитку. Виявлено основні недоліки в
сфері поводження та управління переробкою твердих побутових відходів та запропоновано напрями вирішення
виявлених проблем на основі впровадження технології рециклінгу.
The need to improve the approach to solid waste processing in Ukraine was grounded in the article. It is concluded that the choice of methods and technologies for the processing of municipal solid waste should take into account the peculiarities of the regional and local development. Major shortcomings in treatment and management of solid household waste were found out. The author suggested directions of solving identified problems through the introduction of recycling technology. The author analyzed international experience of dealing with different kinds of waste. It was proposed payment for environmental pollution to focus on priority issues to improve the environmental situation in the country.
