Анотація
У статті досліджено проблему еволюції категорії "власність" в світовій економічній науці та в системі виробничих
відносин. На основі наукового аналізу поглядів представників різноманітних економічних шкіл та течій у їх історичному
розвитку розглянуто методологічне підґрунтя сучасних підходів до інтерпретації власності: політико-економічного та
економіко-правового. Досліджується місце власності в економічній системі.
The economical system of society contains industrial relations that are a base of economical ones. They appear among people during the direct production, division, exchange and using of material goods and services. The industrial-economical relations create a complicated system that has a key inside for solving a lot of social problems. All these relations make economical system or «economical basis» as it was popular to say in previous times that causes all subsystems of public life in its main features. The essential characteristic of the industrial-economical relations of the classic economical theory concedes that property relations and means of production form an integrating beginning .The qualitative transformation of the productive forces of the society leads to changes in industrial relations the basis of which is made up with property relations too. Therefore in this article is examined the structure of property ,its role and place in the economical system. The first attempts to interpret the content and structure of property relations were made in Ancient Times and Middle Ages. Property rights from the position of society are presented like «game rules» which organize relations between particular agents, but from the individual agent’s point of view these rights are represented like« bunches» of having a right to make decisions about one or another resource. And the property, in particular, is interpreted like complex of relations that appear between individuals of practical activities because of alienation and appropriation of the ways and results of production. In general it can be stated that property has historical character that means during its development it had some quantitative and qualitative changes, thus the system of views on the property relations is developed too .In other words, there is an unity of historical and logical development .This interdependence takes place in the modern conditions of becoming and building up of post-industrial economical system.
