Анотація
Майже третя частина людей, які звертаються до центру ортопедії і травматології, є дітьми віком від
4,5 до 10 років з плосковальгусними
стопами. Тому постає питання проектування спеціальної колодки і в
результаті виготовлення ортопедичного взуття для визначеної патології, що є неможливим без дослідження
стоп дітей.
Production of orthopedic shoes must be based on scientific and methodological basis, which should reflect a purely medical view of maintaining or restoring the function of the foot and the technological capabilities of modern shoe production. There must be compliance with medical opinion on separately defined pathology with the construction of the internal form and design orthopedic shoes that provides comfortable conditions for the functioning of the foot, including all aspects of the physiology of the individual. Almost a third of people who come to the center of Orthopedics and Traumatology, are children aged 4.5 to 10 years with a flatvalgus feet. So the question arises of designing special shoes and last as a result of manufacturing orthopedic shoes for a particular pathology which is impossible without research children foots.
