Анотація
У статті розглядаються особливості розробки електронного документообігу для загальноосвітніх шкіл
на основі існуючих хмарних технологій і веб-сервісів онлайн-офіс. Автор пропонує авторську методику розробки
таких систем для шкіл на основі інтернет-сервісів.
The article discusses the features of the development of electronic document management for schools on the basis of existing cloud technologies and Web services on-line office. The authors offer a methodology to develop such systems for schools on the basis of the available Internet services. The article concludes that cloud technologies enable pupils to communicate and work collaboratively with an ever expanding circle of peers, regardless of their location. These technologies deliver educational materials in the most economical and reliable way, differing in their ease of distribution and updating. It is cloud technologies that allow knowledge to overcome existing barriers: geographical, technological, social, national, mental. Cloud technologies offer an alternative to traditional forms of management and organization of the learning process, creating opportunities for distance learning, interactive lessons and collective teaching. The introduction of cloud technologies will not only reduce the cost of acquiring the necessary software, but will increase the quality and efficiency of the learning process, but will also prepare the student for life in the modern information society.
