Анотація
Проаналізовано кризовий стан банківської системи України та визначено чинники, що його спричинили.
Досліджено сутність понять «реструктуризація» та «реорганізація в банківській діяльності». Розмежовано поняття
«Реструктуризація» та «реорганізація» в банківській діяльності. Встановлено, що реорганізація є формою реструктуризації.
Акцентовано увагу на реструктуризації як інструменті протидії банкрутству банків. Визначено реструктуризацію банку як
інструмент протидії банкрутству та антикризового управління.
The purpose of this article is to study the nature of the reorganization of the banking system, assessment of the impact of transformation processes on the mechanism of resistance of the bankruptcy of banks and determining the future directions of the reorganization of the banking system of Ukraine in conditions of modern crisis of the economy. Analyzed the crisis in the banking system of Ukraine and the factors causing it. The essence of the concepts of restructuring and reorganization in the banking business. Delineated the concept of "Restructuring" and "reorganization" in banking. Determined that the reorganization is a form of restructuring. The attention is focused on restructuring as a tool to counter the bankruptcy of banks. Determined restructuring of the Bank as an instrument of counteraction to bankruptcy and crisis management. It is established that the restructuring and reorganization carried out with the purpose of financial recovery and ensure stable functioning of the banking system, raising the level of concentration of banking capital through mergers and acquisitions of banks, improving the liquidity and solvency of banks and improving banking supervision with the state.
