Визначено сутність капіталу та його роль у формування майнової бази підприємства. Висвітлено
характеристики капіталу підприємства, які віддзеркалюють різноманітність форм його прояву та джерел фінансування, що дозволить зосередитися на певних аспектах його формування та використання у відповідності до цілей дослідження та напрямів вкладення при реалізації стратегії й тактики функціонування
підприємства. Проаналізовано особливості формування капіталу ПАТ “Завод “ТЕМП”. Охарактеризовано структуру капіталу ПАТ “Завод “ЕМП” Проаналізовано оптимізацію структури капіталу підприємства та сформульовано пропозиції щодо покращення.
This article explains the purpose of capital and its role in the formation of base property company. Deals with characteristics of equity companies that reflect the diversity of its manifestations and sources of funding, which will focus on certain aspects of its development and use in accordance with the objectives and research areas of investing in the implementation of the strategy and tactics of the enterprise. Determined that the Company's capital management is aimed at addressing the following main objectives: the formation of a sufficient amount of capital that will ensure the continuity of the production process and the necessary economic development of the company; optimization of capital allocation generated by activity and areas of use; providing conditions to maximize return on equity at the planned level of financial risk; minimization of financial risk associated with the use of capital, with the planned level of its profitability; ensure continued financial balance of the company during its development; Ensuring adequate financial control over the company from its founders; provide sufficient financial flexibility of the enterprise; optimization of capital turnover; providing conditions for timely reinvest capital in order to reduce the financial cycle and providing liquidity to its various elements.
