dc.description.abstractIn the article the formation of management theories as a branch of science is considered, the theoretical principles of their development are defined at the present stage, the study of theoretical approaches that have been formed over a long period that have been confirmed within the framework of system-wide, theoretical-informational, economic, legal, sociological researches and the basic ideas have been formed, for further development of the theories of management of society and the country. The need to coordinate actions in order to obtain the desired result of human activity led to the emergence of management. In this control contention, it is a purposeful influence that is necessary for the coordinated co-operation of people. Management is a complex and universal social phenomenon. The development of society, its individual spheres is not possible without the establishment and implementation of a certain set of laws, rules, norms, the algorithm of its behaviour in general and its components in particular. The process of influence on the society is the subject of study of the science of management. Management as a social phenomenon, worked out and adapted by people to solve life problems, is multifaceted consists of various elements and interconnections. This is due to the fact that in the management of both the subject and the object of managerial influence is a person. It is also decisive that the management is organically included in the mechanisms of the interaction of nature, man, society.uk_UA
