Анотація
Розроблено програмно-цільовий підхід до управління резервами підвищення продуктивності праці на промислових
підприємствах. Розглянуто принципи та структуру цільової комплексної програми підвищення продуктивності праці.
Охарактеризовано етапи процесу управління резервами підвищення продуктивності праці під час застосування програмно-
цільового підходу.
The aim of the research – to elaborate the target-oriented approach to managing the reserves of increasing the labour productivity on the industrial enterprises. Such principles of the target complex programs of increasing the labour productivity as target orientation, complexity, consistency, balance and timeliness were considered in the article. Scheme comprehensive program of improving productivity were proposed in the article. Four sections of complex target programs: basic, analytical, organizational and executive management are considered. The advantages of a matrix management structure describes in the article. Three stages of the management the reserves of increase productivity when using program-oriented approach are described. The targetoriented approach to managing the reserves of increasing the labour productivity on the industrial enterprises was elaborated.
