Анотація
У статті проаналізовано основні підходи до проблеми прийняття рішень як психологічного процесу.
Розглянуто особливості і психологічні аспекти групових та індивідуальних управлінських рішень. А також
визначено взаємозв’язок типу складної ситуації з тактикою її розв’язання.
The aim of the article is to elucidate the psychological aspects of decision making, identify features using groups to make decisions, to summarize the main types of decisions that distinguishes psychology department. Analyzes the main approaches to decisionmaking as a psychological process. The features and psychological aspects of group and individual management decisions. A well defined relationship such complex situations and tactics to solve it. Rational decisions are based on opinions, knowledge, previous experience, when the manager chooses the solution that had proved as successful. However, in situations where the human factor is involved, only focus on the following features of rationality is not enough, because you can not see the new alternative.
