Анотація
Стаття присвячена аналізу та опису надлишкового методу вимірювального контролю вологості паперу
із автоматичною корекцією похибок у широкому діапазоні вимірюваних значень із використанням двоканального
оптикоелектронного
засобу.
This article analyzes and descriptions of surplus measurement control method of paper with automatic correction of errors in a wide range of values measured using dualchannel optoelectronic device. The method of the surplus measuring of paper humidity that consist in determination of value of paper humidity after implementation of 8 measuring times of voltage values have been offered, that contain information about humidity of paper standard with rationed by concentration value humidity and prospected paper. Determination of actual humidity value is made by equation of the surplus measuring, that is solving of the system of nonlinear size equations. As a result of the use of methods of the surplus measuring there is the automatic diminishing and even exception of systematic measuring errors. The use of the real function of transformation of measuring channel allowed expansion of the measuring range of paper humidity. Application of the method of the surplus measuring allowed getting a measuring result with proportional error to the recreation error of humidity concentration value of exemplary measure.
