dc.description.abstractA method for detecting sugar crystallization zones in production has been developed to optimize processes and automate problem detection. It uses a trained neural network and image analysis to classify and explain crystallization zones. The system's object-oriented architecture includes four subsystems and a database, with detailed functions and roles described. The design comprises nine classes, outlining the functional purpose and software components for neural network-based image multi-classification. Key implementation features of the intelligent system are also highlighted.
