Проведено аналіз спроможності економіки Хмельницької області до продукування соціальних гарантій. Визначено
відмінні риси соціального розвитку на основі системи командно-адміністративного регулювання та формування соціальних
гарантій, а також продукування соціального розвитку ринковими механізмами та інструментами. Проаналізовано ключові
тенденції соціального забезпечення Хмельницької області на рівні регіональної економічної системи.
The analysis of possibility of economy of the Khmelnitcky area is conducted to producting of social guarantees. Certainly distinguishing features of social development on the basis of the system of the command administrative adjusting and forming of social guarantees, and also producting of social development by market mechanisms and instruments. The key tendencies of public welfare of the Khmelnitcky area are analysed at the level of the regional economic system.
