Анотація
Розглянуто теоретичний базис інвестиційного клімату, досліджено тенденції та проблеми його фор-
мування Наведено трактування категорії “інвестиційний клімат”, наведено основні показники, що визначають
рівень інвестиційного клімату в Україні, проаналізовано зміни індексу інвестиційної привабливості, виді-
лено чинники негативного впливу. Інвестиційний клімат слід розглядати як складну дефініцію, що відображає
базові умови ведення бізнесу. В ній мають бути відображені географічна, законодавча, політична складова,
рівень криміногенності та корумпованості. Проведений аналіз основних тенденцій формування інвес-
тиційного клімату в Україні за допомогою основних макроекономічних показників та індексу інвестиційної
привабливості (розраховується Європейською Бізнес-Асоціацією), свідчить про його низький рівень в Україні
та існування значного кола проблем, що потребують вирішення.
The article deals with the theoretical basis of the investment climate and researched trends and problems of its formation The object of the article is researching of the current trends and problems of formation of domestic investment climate. Short description of executed research: given an interpretation "investment climate" are the main parameters that determine the level of investment climate in Ukraine and analyzes changes in the index of investment attractiveness, identified factors impacted. Conclusions: The investment climate should be viewed as a complex definition that reflects the underlying business conditions. It is recognized geographical, legal, political component level kryminohennosti and corruption. The analysis of the major trends in the formation of the investment climate in Ukraine by means of the main macroeconomic indicators and investment attractiveness index (calculated EBA) indicates its low in Ukraine and the existence of a considerable number of issues to be addressed.
