Анотація
Проведено аналіз існуючого зарубіжного досвіду шляхів вирішення проблем реструктуризації промис-
лових підприємств та шляхів її активізації. Досліджено стратегії запобігання банкрутства, що характе-
ризують поведінку підприємства в умовах кризи.
The existing foreign experience of the ways of the decision of restructuring of the industrial enterprises conversion problems and the ways of its activation have been analysed. The strategies of prevention of bankruptcy which characterized behavior of the enterprise in the conditions of crisis have been investigated.
