Анотація
З метою дослідження процесу вирубування отворів під металеву фурнітуру у виробах легкої
промисловості, було розроблено експериментальний стенд. Він включає в себе: робочі інструменти (технологічне
оснащення) для виконання технологічної операції вирубування отворів у матеріалі під металеву фурнітуру;
силовий блок та комп’ютерну вимірювальну систему. В результаті проведених експериментальних досліджень
та теоретичних розрахунків визначено технологічні зусилля вирубування отворів під металеву фурнітуру у
різних матеріалах. Проведено визначення роботи, необхідної для вирубування отворів в матеріалах
експериментальним та теоретичним шляхом.
An experimental stand was developed to investigate the process of punching out the openings for metal accessories in light industry goods. It includes working instruments (technological equipment) for performing the technological operation of punching out the openings in the material for metal accessories; a power block and a computer measuring system. Technological force of punching out the openings for metal accessories in different materials was determined according to the result of the experimental research and theoretical calculations. The work determination necessary for punching out the openings in the materials by experimental and theoretical way was done.
