Проводиться узагальнення теоретичних знань, сучасних методів оцінки ефективності діяльності підприємства. Проводиться розмежування таких понять як результативність, ефект і ефективність діяль-
ності підприємства. Акцентуються різні підходи до оцінки ефективності. Розглядаються показники, які
можуть бути використані в ході оцінювання ефективності діяльності.
The problem ofefficiencyhas alwaysoccupied an importantplace among theurgent problems ofeconomic science. Predictors ofthe need foreffective, rational conductbusiness activity is theproblem of limitedresources, on the one hand, and theconstant desiretoincreaseits performance- on the other. Thisefficient useof available resourcesenablesto satisfymostneeds ofenterprises andobtain the desiredresult.Inthe article thesynthesisof theoreticalknowledgeof modern methods ofevaluating the effectivenessof the company.A distinctionof concepts suchaseffectiveness, impact andeffectivenessof the company. The resultof the companydescribes theconsequences of itsactivitiesin the operating, investment, financial,social, environmental, scientificand other spheres. Reflects theeffect ofexcessperformanceover the costsassociated withits implementationina particularperiodof time. The effectivenessof the companyexpressesconformity of resultsandcost of enterprisebusiness objectivesandthe interests of theowners. We consider twoapproachesto evaluating the effectivenessof the company moneyandresources. Evaluation ofthe efficiency of enterprisesshould be based ona generalizedassessment ofeffectivenessfor individualelementsthat make upan integrated system management.
