dc.description.abstractThe article investigates the theoretical aspects of employment in the informal sector, the necessity of combating this scourge. Highlight that belong to the category of people employed in the informal sector, shows the real situation on the informal employment are ways to reduce the number of people employed in the informal sector. The problem of informality can not be solved by attempts to a particular employee or employer, a positive outcome is possible only through reform at the state level. You must exercise to stimulate the transition of workers from the informal sector to the formal.
