Анотація
У статті досліджується сутність людського потенціалу, його структури, освітня складова людського
потенціалу України в умовах євроінтеграції. Пропонується запровадження іноземного досвіду щодо покращення
державного регулювання системи якості людського потенціалу.
The article examines the nature of human potential, its structure, educational component of human development in terms of European integration of Ukraine. It is proposed to introduce the foreign experience to improve state regulation of the quality of human potential. The state should hold a series of social reforms to reverse the situation. Proposed to strengthen the educational component of human development on the example of the UK for research and forecasting labor market for the effective application of knowledge of the population.
