dc.description.abstractНа основі проведеного аналізу існуючих наукових здобутків щодо сутнісного наповнення економічної категорії «бюджетна політика» визначено основні підходи до її позиціонування різними авторами. Проаналізовано особливості формування та реалізації бюджетної політики в сучасних умовах економічного розвитку України. Визначено напрями забезпечення її ефективності в умовах євроінтеграції.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the research – to explore the existing theoretical approaches to the interpretation of the term “budget policy” and to research the peculiarities of the formation and realization of Ukraine’s budget policy in terms of the European vector of its development. Based on the analysis of existing research results regarding the essential content of economic categories "budget policy" the basic approaches of various authors for the its positioning are defined. Structural-logical scheme of interaction of elements of the budget policy is developed. The peculiarities of the formation and realization of budget policy in the current economic conditions in Ukraine were analyzed. Retrospective analysis of development and implementation of the budget policy of Ukraine for 2002-2015 years was done. Benchmarks of the formation and realization of budget policy were analyzed. Thus, as a result the ways to ensure the effectiveness of Ukraine’s budget policy in terms of European integration were specified. Such as: to improve the forecasting of budgetary indicators, to increase the transparency of public finances and to strengthen the role of financial control in the public sector.uk_UA
