Анотація
В статті розглянуто системи оподаткування фізичної особи-підприємця, здійснено порівняльну характеристику
спрощеної та загальної систем оподаткування, визначено їх переваги та недоліки. Проаналізовано зарубіжний досвід
оподаткування малого підприємництва та узагальнено основні напрямки реформування системи оподаткування фізичних
осіб-підприємців.
In the article we dealt with the features of the choice of the taxation system by the individual entrepreneur. We analyzed The foreign experience of the system of taxation of small business. We considered a special mechanism for collecting taxes and fees - a simplified system of taxation. We identified business entities that use the simplified taxation, accounting and reporting system. We investigated the main features and differences of the general and simplified systems of taxation of individuals - entrepreneurs according to the following criteria: limitations on the volume of proceeds, restrictions on the number of employees, restrictions on the types of activity, the obligation to use the registrar settlement transaction, registration with the taxpayer, value added tax, tax rates , the procedure for paying taxes, the calculation of a single social contribution, the payment of a single social contribution, the procedure for reporting. We determined the main advantages and disadvantages of general and simplified taxation systems for individuals - entrepreneurs. We considered the directions of reforming and improving the system of taxation of activity of individuals - entrepreneurs in Ukraine.
