dc.description.abstractОбґрунтовано необхідність стратегізації управління потенціалом підприємства і його елементами. Розкрито переваги і недоліки існуючих підходів до структуризації потенціалу: блочно-модульної та функціональної. Конкретизовано, що ефективність управлінських рішень щодо формування та розвитку потенціалу господарюючих підприємств безпосередньо залежить від точності результатів його оцінювання та позиціонування окремих складових. Представлено схему побудови системи ефективного управління потенціалом підприємства та узагальнено правила формування ефективної системи управління потенціалом підприємства.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractModern processes of globalization and European integration, increasing competition on the international and domestic markets, growing uncertainties and risks are factors that encourage scientists and practitioners to find ways to improve the efficiency of Ukrainian enterprises and develop their economic potential. The necessity of strategic management of enterprise potential and its elements is substantiated. The emphasis is on the peculiarities of the current stage of formation and realization of the potential of enterprises - the conditions of globalization and European integration. Modern dynamic processes of the environment, the need for appropriate internal changes in the activities of enterprises, require the improvement of approaches to identify and use the capabilities of enterprises and, thus, to identify potential elements as objects of managerial influence. The advantages and disadvantages of existing approaches to structuring the potential: block-modular and functional are revealed. It is specified that the effectiveness of managerial decisions regarding the formation and development of the potential of economic enterprises directly depends on the accuracy of the results of its evaluation and positioning of individual components. The scheme of building a system of effective management of the potential of the enterprise is presented on the basis of combining elements and taking into account compliance with the principles of enterprise management: internal consolidation and coordination; market motivation; social responsibility; taking into account market signals of production balances, optimizing resources and operating conditions. The rules for forming an effective enterprise capacity management system are generalized.uk_UA
