dc.description.abstractУ статті актуалізовано проблему здатності України підтримувати економічне життя під час війни і відновити позитивну економічну динаміку в післявоєнний період. Висловлено припущення, що важливе місце у цих процесах має зайняти підприємницький сектор – завдяки високим адаптивним властивостям підприємницьких структур малого організаційного формату. Наведено результати порівняльного аналізу статистичної інформації про зміни в структурі і економічній динаміці сектору малого і середнього бізнесу України під час війни, які підтверджують їх високу адаптивність. Аргументовано доцільність методологічного уточнення дефініції «підприємницька структура» з урахуванням чинників проактивної адаптивності. Метою дослідження визначено сутнісно-ідентифікуючий аналіз системних властивостей підприємницьких структур, які забезпечують їх проактивну адаптивність. Опираючись на антисипативний підхід в теорії менеджменту, який апелює до проактивної адаптивності підприємництва як явища, запропоновано авторське тлумачення дефініцій «стресостійкість» і «конкурентоспроможність» суб’єктів підприємницької діяльності та змісту системних властивостей підприємницьких структур. Вони подані через визначення їх ролі у формуванні конкурентних переваг в контексті забезпечення стресостійкості і конкурентоспроможності бізнесу. Сукупність властивостей структуровано за їх сутнісним призначенням та результатами прояву в системних характеристиках і наповнено методичним інструментарієм управлінського впливу. Акцентовано на необхідності їх цілеспрямованого використання для вирішення завдань нарощування ринкових можливостей малих підприємств
dc.description.abstractThe article updates the problem of Ukraine's ability to maintain economic life during the war and restore positive economic dynamics in the post-war period. It is assumed that the entrepreneurial sector should occupy an important place in these processes – thanks to the high adaptive properties of entrepreneurial structures of a small organizational format. The results of a comparative analysis of statistical information on changes in the structure and economic dynamics of the small and medium-sized business sector of Ukraine during the war are presented, which confirm their high adaptability. The expediency of the methodological clarification of the definition of «entrepreneurial structure» considering the factors of proactive adaptability is argued. One of the tasks of the research is the essentially identifying analysis of the system properties of business structures that ensure their proactive adaptability. Based on the anticipatory approach in management theory, which appeals to the proactive adaptability of entrepreneurship as a phenomenon, the author's interpretation of the definitions of «stress resistance» and «competitiveness» of subjects of entrepreneurial activity and the content of systemic properties of entrepreneurial structures is proposed. They are presented through the definition of their role in the formation of competitive advantages in the context of ensuring stress resistance and business competitiveness. The set of properties is structured according to their essential purpose and results of manifestationin system characteristics and is filled with methodical tools of management influence. Emphasis is placed on the need for their purposeful use to solve the problems of increasing the market opportunities of small enterprises.
