dc.description.abstractВ статті визначено сутність інформаційного забезпечення управління економічною безпекою зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємства та обґрунтовано його значення в процесі прийняття управлінських рішень. Запропоновано власне визначення даної категорії. Досліджено основні функції інформаційного забезпечення управління економічною безпекою зовнішньоекономічної діяльності суб’єкта господарювання. А також запропоновано поетапний його розгляд з врахуванням впливу чинників зовнішнього середовища.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to the study of information support for management of economic security of external economic activity of domestic enterprises. The value of information support for management of economic security of external economic activity in the process of making managerial decisions is justified. Because the quality of management decision depends on the quality of information support today. The own definition of this category is proposed. The information support for management of economic security of external economic activity of enterprises means a complex of methods, principles, special technical means and mechanisms of organization of work with information at the enterprise in order to implement a strategy of providing economic security of external economic activity. The main functions of information support for management of economic security of external economic activity of enterprises are studied. And the main of them are: providing information to the company's management; monitoring information coming from the external and internal environment; organization the information base of enterprise; distribution of information between the structures of the enterprise; dissemination of information between the enterprise and the external environment; processing of data by special technical means, their accumulation and further storage for repeated using. The information support for management of economic security of external economic activity of enterprises means purposeful process of information resources management. The information resources are considered as a complex of information or documents which are concentrated in information system of enterprises and which are suitable for collection, systematization, saving and using. Detailed review of information support with considering the influence of external environment is offered. The information support for management of economic security of external economic activity of enterprises is considered as a process consisting of the appropriate stages which are described in this paper.uk_UA
