Анотація
У статті досліджено існуючі підходи до розуміння потенціалу підприємства, здійснено їх узагальнення та
групування за двома напрямами. Виділено ресурсний напрям та напрям системного підходу до нереалізованих (потенційних)
можливостей підприємства. За вказаними напрямами виокремлено основні характеристики кожного з підходів. Розглянуто
основні методичні підходи до оцінки потенціалу підприємства. Досліджено базові та узагальнені методи оцінки потенціалу
підприємства та обґрунтовано доцільність їх використання в практичній діяльності підприємств.
The article studies existing approaches of understanding the potential of the enterprise. They have generalized and grouped in two ways. A resource direction and the direction of a systematic approach to the unrealized (potential) capabilities of the enterprise were extracted. The basic characteristics of each approach in these areas were singled out. The signs of the first direction: the availability and mobility of resources, direction of their further development for achievement the goals. The signs of the second direction: a set of potentials, a set of alternatives qualitative development, the unused capacities of the enterprise, ensuring the effective functioning of the enterprise. The shortcomings of the existing areas were Identified and justified. The proposed enhanced resource-effective approach and its advantages were identified. The main methodological approaches to the assessment of the potential of the enterprise were considered. Basic and generalized methods to assess the potential of enterprise and the expediency of their use in practical activities of enterprises have been studied and summarized.
