Анотація
У статті окреслено сутність та складові концепту сталого розвитку економіки та суспільства. Аргументовано, що у
вирішення ряду проблем сталості розвитку соціально-економічних систем ключову роль відіграє соціальна складова сталого
розвитку, яка проявляється у соціальній активності усіх членів суспільства – громадян, найманих працівників, власників
бізнесу, урядових структур, представників законодавчих органів, при цьому важливо сформувати мотиваційне середовище,
яке спонукатиме до дій кожну із цих соціальних груп. Розглянуто проблеми забезпечення «гідної праці» в Україні та
відсутність стимулювання інноваційної праці, які, в свою чергу, спричиняють низьку активність підприємств у сфері
інноваційної діяльності.
The essence and components of the sustainable development concept of the economy and society has been outlined. It has been argued that the components of the sustainable development concept are economic, social development and environmental safety, today they integrate into a single whole and provide the effect of self-reproduction and synergy precisely due to the social component, which manifests itself in the social activity of all society members - citizens, hired workers, business owners, government structures, representatives of legislatures, while it is important to create a motivational environment that will motivate the actions of each of these social groups. It has been emphasized that the enterprises management issues of sustainable development are considered from the point of ensuring positive economic dynamics, which does not always coincide with the society concern. It has been pointed out that the process of sustainable development management begins with decisions of the legislative power, which forms the economic policy in close connection with the solution of socio-cultural and environmental problems, reinforcing this policy by the relevant legislative acts. It has been emphasized that this process also affected by and the civil society through consumer rights associations or public environmental associations. It has been argued that this process form the motivating component of business development in the national economy. It has been outlined the examples of constraints and incentive factors of law to the business which are in force in Ukraine. It has been considered the problems of "decent work" providing in Ukraine and lack of stimulation of innovation work, which are cause low activity of enterprises in the field of innovation activity. It has been argued that the efforts of the government as well as socially responsible business representatives should be aimed at increasing the value of intellectual labor and the civil society should be aimed at social activity in defending the interests of hired workers.
