dc.description.abstractThe author has analyzed principal theoretical approaches of institutional provisions of the efficient labor-market functioning, and has carried out its critical appraisal. It was determined that the efficiency of the functioning of institutions and national labor-market institutes is related and influences probable economic and social losses, exploitation or underexploitation of the workplace at each individual workplace, company, in the regions and within the country as the whole. The author has substantiated the necessity of formation the concept of the efficient functioning and development of the national labor-market, the key role in the concept is played by the institutional provision, that would comply with the rapid changes in economy and business circumstances taking into account the influence of the integration processes. The significant importance of the institutes and institutions in the modern conditions of functioning of the national labour market has been determined, as the clear and precise of rules of behavior of the economic agents, their coordination and compliance create favorable development climate, adding to the efficiency of use of the workforce and improving its competitiveness.uk_UA
