Анотація
В роботі розглядається питання синтезу важільних механізмів із зупинкою вихідної ланки на базі
шарнірного чотириланкового кругового напрямного механізму. Одним з ефективних методів їх синтезу є
використання умов найкращого наближення за Чебишевим, проте для таких механізмів можливі випадки повільної зміни функції переміщення вихідної ланки за межами теоретичної ділянки наближення, в результаті чого фактична тривалість зупинки може відрізнятись від теоретичної, що розрахована за умовами найкращого наближення за Чебишевим. Проведено розрахунки числовим способом та визначено фактичні (рекомендовані) значення цих величин. Наведено результати у вигляді довідкових діаграм.
The article is dedicated to the synthesis of dwell linkage mechanisms on the basis of fourbar circular path generating linkage. One of the effective method of their synthesis is the usage of Chebyshev’s best approximation conditions, but the possible case for these mechanisms is when the output link has very slow change of the displacement outside of the theoretical dwell period. As a result, the actual dwell duration of the output link can differ in comparison with the theoretical value, which is determined using the Chebyshev’s best approximation conditions. The calculations were carried out using the numerical method and the actual (recommended) dwell durations were determined. The results of the calculations are shown as a reference diagrams.
