Анотація
У статті визначено сутність та якісні характеристики трудового потенціалу підприємств. Встановлено, що найбільш
істотною характеристикою якості трудового потенціалу виступає інтелектуальна складова, а основою знань – освіта.
Розкрито зміст, мету, структуру та принципи освіти. Проаналізовано зв’язок вищої освіти, її якості з професійним навчанням
працівників у світі та в Україні. Представлено періодичність підвищення кваліфікації в Україні для окремих галузей
економіки. Виокремлено три фази процесу відновлення трудового потенціалу підприємства в частині його освітньої
складової. Систематизовано підходи для підвищення рівня освітньої складової в формуванні і розвитку трудового потенціалу
підприємств.
The purpose of the article is to analyse the current state and determine the prospects for increasing the level of educational component of the labour potential of enterprises under the conditions of European integration. The article defines the nature and qualitative characteristics of the labour potential of enterprises (physiological, social and intellectual). It is established that the most significant characteristic of the quality of labour potential is the intellectual component, and the basis of knowledge is education. The content, purpose, structure and principles of education have been disclosed. It is argued that the high level of education of employees provides the opportunity to use in the production of new equipment, technology, new forms of organization of the production process, development of production of new types of products. It is determined that without the reproduction and expansion of the educational potential of each person it is impossible to achieve the effectiveness of all socio-economic and spiritual processes of society. The relation between higher education, its quality and professional training of workers in the world and in Ukraine is analysed. It is determined that education exerts a rather significant influence on the formation and use of labour potential, which is manifested in the following cases: due to the increase of qualification level and education, the economically active population increases the productivity and efficiency of the economy; education exposes a person's business skills and entrepreneurship; education increases people's sensitivity to new scientific ideas and technical developments. The periodicity of professional development in Ukraine for certain branches of economy is presented. It has been found out that the level of education as one of the main components of labour potential depends on the following elements: the system and tendencies of national education development; accessibility to higher education services; quality of general and professional education; development of the system of continuous education; the relationship between the education market and the labour market, etc. There are three phases of the process of restoration of the labour potential of the enterprise in terms of its educational component. Approaches to increase the level of educational component in formation and development of labour potential of enterprises are systematized.
