Анотація
У даній статті розглянуто внутрішні та зовнішні причини банкрутства суб’єктів господарювання за сучасних умов.
Визначено основні їх ознаки та види. Досліджено та опрацьовано ознаки стійкої фінансової неспроможності господарюючого
суб’єкта. Виявлено небезпеки та загрози, які впливають на фінансову безпеку підприємств, а також джерела таких
негативних впливів. Визначено основні проблеми та окреслено завдання, які необхідно вирішити задля забезпечення та
підтримки фінансової безпеки суб’єкта господарювання.
This article analyses the internal and external causes of bankruptcy of business entities in modern conditions, as well as signs of the causes of bankruptcy and their types. The signs of stable financial insolvency are investigated. The dangers and threats affecting the financial security of enterprises, as well as the sources of such negative impacts are identified. The tasks that need to be solved to ensure the financial security of the business entity are analysed. It is important to investigate the causes of bankruptcy of the enterprise in the future by other scientists, because if the enterprise is already in a state of bankruptcy and knows its cause, it can affect the further existence of such a firm, or prevent its occurrence. In modern conditions, this topic is very important, both for domestic enterprises and for foreign ones, through the fact that most countries have a constantly changing in economy. Therefore, during the economic crisis of the country, many enterprises become insolvent. It is also important to know the signs of sustained financial insolvency. Such information is important for both external and internal users of such information. The state of bankruptcy of the enterprise is directly related to factors what causes it. The study of the basics of insolvency and, accordingly, the causes of bankruptcy is important for the enterprise. Timely identification of the causes of bankruptcy, the study of their impact will maintain the optimal financial condition and minimize the negative consequences of their impact on the dynamics of financial characteristics. It is important not only to state the factors of negative influence but also the violation of the problems of restoring the insolvency of economic entities. Each company should investigate the dangers and threats affecting the financial security of the enterprise. With this information, you can avoid many negative consequences for the financial condition of the enterprise. It is also necessary to know what can be a source of negative impacts on the financial security of the enterprise. Each business entity should make a list of tasks that must be performed to ensure and maintain financial security in a certain stable place, or to improve it.
