Анотація
В статті узагальнено і уточнено теоретико-методологічні положення і розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо механізму формування системи внутрішньо-організаційного управління на засадах впровадження комплексу бізнес-процесів з використанням розвинених інформаційних технологій у напрямі забезпечення виживання в сучасних умовах ведення господарської діяльності. Розглянуто можливості взаємодії інформаційних технологій і бізнесу. Виявлені можливі проблеми при нераціональному застосуванні інформаційних технологій в процесному управлінні підприємством. Наведений інструментарій інформаційних технологій процесного управління. Обгрунтовано необхідність системного бізнес-рішення, яке буде визначати стратегічні цілі компанії і чіткі дії по їх досягненню, реінжиніринг процесів, побудова збалансованої системи повноважень і відповідальності.
The article summarized and clarified theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations on the mechanism of formation of the system of intra-organizational management based on implementation of complex business processes using advanced information technologies in order to ensure survival in the modern conditions of doing business. The necessity of systematic business decision that will determine the company's strategic objectives and clear actions to achieve them, reengineering processes, building a balanced system of authority and responsibility.
