Анотація
В статті проаналізовано роль та значення інтелектуального капіталу для ефективного функціонування кластерних
структур в умовах інноваційного суспільства. Узагальнено методичний підхід до аналізу впливу процесів формування та
ефективності використання інтелектуального капіталу за рівнем його сформованості на результати діяльності кластерних
структур.
Interconditionality and interrelation of clustering processes, enhancement of competitiveness, and acceleration of innovation activity are new economic phenomena that allow withstanding pressure of global competition and meeting the requirements of nationwide and regional development. Intellectual capital is of complex nature and poly-vector appearance which is defined by the mechanism of its functioning. Under the conditions of innovational economy, new economic forms are built around cluster structures of capital, management and information. Today, the obtained through such networks, access to technological skills and knowledge is the basis for productiveness and competitiveness. One of the peculiar features of intellectual capital is that it is an additive value, correlation between different components is of non-linear character, hence, it influences on the evaluation procedure negatively. That’s why, while evaluating intellectual capital, one should take into consideration the fact that intellectual capital increases not due to the growth of its separate parts but due to their correlation and synergetic effects. The article analyzes the role and significance of intellectual capital for the effective functioning of cluster structures in an innovative society. The methodical approach to the analysis of the influence of formation processes and the efficiency of the use of intellectual capital by the level of its formation on the results of cluster structures activity is generalized. Summarizing modern researches in the sphere of intellectual capital, one can form the following vectors of its essence appearance: value, process, result. From the point of view of the result, intellectual capital is part of enterprise’s wealth, cluster structures and the country as a whole, as well as in terms of its competitive advantages.
