dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено сутність та класифікацію фінансових потоків у банківських установах. Проаналізовано, що не існує єдиної точки зору щодо визначення поняття «фінансовий потік». Визначено, що трактування фінансових потоків вчені переважно пов’язують із рухом фінансових ресурсів. Таке бачення є цілком обґрунтованим. Зроблено висновок, що для виконання цього завдання необхідно забезпечити зростання вхідних фінансових потоків вітчизняних банків шляхом збереження існуючої клієнтської бази; упровадження нових форм і методів залучення різних категорій вкладників, а саме: ведення науково-дослідної, аналітичної роботи, використання реклами, маркетингу, розширення ділових контактів із клієнтами, пропозиція різноманітних послуг, пільг вкладникам; збільшення ефективності та якості обслуговування клієнтів, кошти яких можна залучити до банківського сектору та розроблення програми лояльності як для нових, так і для існуючих вкладників, впровадження комплексного обслуговування клієнтів.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article deals with the essence and classification of financial flows in banking institutions. It is analyzed that there is no single point of view on the definition of the concept of «financial flow». It is determined that the interpretation of financial flows scientists are mainly associated with the movement of financial resources. This vision is well grounded. This vision is well grounded. For the efficient management of financial flows, their classification was proposed for such features: economic content, direc tion of movement, form of receipt, sphere of circulation, currency component, level of sufficiency and life span. Also during the research it was determined that the bank's financial flow has a number of characteristic features signs, which include the following: financial flow - is the movement of financial resources, change their volumes, forms of types and types; the financial flow is associated with time, risk and liquidity factors; financial the stream has dimension: volume (cost) and time; the financial flow is the object of management. It is concluded that to fulfil this task it is necessary to ensure the growth of incoming financial flows of domestic banks by preserving the existing client base; introduction of new forms and methods of attracting various categories of depositors, namely: conducting research, analytical work, use of advertising, marketing, expansion of business contacts with clients, offer of various services, privileges to depositors; increasing the efficiency and quality of customer service, which can be attracted to the banking sector and develop a loyalty program for both new and existing investors, the introduction of integrated customer service. Further research will be aimed at exploring management tools financial flows of the bank.uk_UA
