Анотація
Здійснено аналіз динаміки розвитку галузі машинобудування України в умовах становлення енергетичної
незалежності держави. Обґрунтовано спадну динаміку вітчизняного машинобудування, що зумовлена відсутністю відповідної
державної політики, заснованої на принципах всебічного розвитку високотехнологічних виробництв із застосуванням
сучасних енергоефективних технологій. Доведено необхідність формування енергозберігаючого типу суспільної свідомості із
використанням енергоефективності як ресурсу розвитку та забезпечення енергетичної безпеки держави в цілому.
The article justifies the need to strengthen mechanical engineering industry, which indicates the development of the country’s economy and shows the high level of innovative and technological development, as well as the fifth or sixth wave of innovation in the country. It is proved that the financial and economic crisis has caused negative developments in the global economy. This has led to great reductions in economic activity and international trade and, consequently, a decline in the economic development of countries. Such extensive development in the global economy has inevitably affected the Ukrainian economy. It is confirmed that the economic growth of Ukraine depends on the level of energy provision, the energy efficiency potential and the level of their use in the branches of the national economy. The article also highlights the need to discover ways to ensure the state’s energy security and realize its own energy potential. It outlines the main problems of the Ukrainian mechanical engineering, whose possibilities are limited by the absence of the domestic market, export support instruments and low competitiveness in foreign markets. It emphasizes the need to form the basis of energy efficiency in the system of innovative projects, whose effectiveness can be realized through a system of five indicators, which belong to the following components: economic, budgetary, energy, environmental and social. It reveals the prospects of producing high-tech products under the conditions of full reequipment and modernization of production capacities, as well as applying modern energy efficient technologies. The article suggests that the described task can be solved by introducing energy-saving technologies, economical energy consumption and by implementing measures aimed at promoting energy efficiency policy in order to encourage the effective use of fuel and energy resources. Accordingly, such a position will contribute to forming an energy-saving type of public consciousness and using energy conservation as a resource for developing and forming an efficient energy market, as well as ensuring energy security of both industry and the state.
