dc.description.abstractДосліджено особливості використання продуктів гліцеролізу відходів ПЕТФ (рециклатів) при виготовленні пінополіуретанових композицій, як ароматичного поліолу (АРП). Досліджено вплив допоміжних речовин на процес утворення пінополіуретану з рециклатів відходів ПЕТФ. Виявлено вплив технологічних факторів на ефективність процесу. Проведено симплекспланування та знайдено оптимальне співвідношення між компонентами поліуретанової системи.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the research is to study the possibility of using products of glycerolysis of polyethyleneterephthalate waste (recyclats) in the manufacture of polyurethane compositions as aromatic polyol (AP). The peculiarities of using of products of glycerolysis of polyethyleneterephthalate waste (recyclats) in the manufacture of polyurethane foam compositions as aromatic polyol (AP) have been studied. The effect of excipients on the formation of polyurethane foam from recyclats of polyethyleneterephthalate waste has been analyzed. The influence of technological factors on the efficiency of the process has been determined. A simplex planning has been conducted and the optimal ratio between the components of polyurethane systems has been found. The conducted research confirms the possibility to use aromatic polyols as an oligoesther component for polyurethane foam products. This makes it possible to solve the problem of raw materials supply of the synthesis of polyurethane foams in Ukraine as well as the problem of ecobalance of the environment.uk_UA
