Анотація
Сучасний асортимент взуттєвих матеріалів, а також недостатня база даних потребують уточнення
коефіцієнтів спресування пакетів матеріалів заготовки верху при формуванні на колодці, які в подальшому
будуть використовуватися при проектуванні внутрішнього контуру неходової поверхні формованих підошов.
The modern assortment of shoe materials, and also insufficient database, need clarification of coefficients of account shrinkage of various packages of materials of purveyance of top at forming on a shoe tree, that in future will be used for planning internal to the contour of not in great demand surface of molded soles. It is known that the internal form of shoe is determined by the shape and size of blocks on which it is made. It is important when gluing soles to outline the contours formed pads answered sole. Therefore, the design should take into account the thickness of the sole packet of materials with regard to their shrinkage during the formation of the top of the workpiece on a shoe tree. As part of this work studies the deformation properties of footwear conducted by biaxial stretching. Based on the experimental data can be refined to form the database for the current range of footwear materials. The research helped to establish the value shrinkage packet of materials for pieces of footwear, which will later be used for the design of unpopular surface molded soles.
