dc.description.abstractВ статті наведено тлумачення поняття «лідерство». Визначено, що у порівнянні з керівництвом, лідерство – це процес, який найбільш зосереджений на емоційному стані у колективі, духовній взаємодії лідера та членів команди. Виділено ряд характеристик, які можуть бути орієнтиром при формуванні ефективного лідерства. Досліджуючи застосування лідерства в системі управління підприємством, проаналізовано, що чим більш динамічне середовище, у якому діє керівник, тим більше можливостей для реалізації цілей, які стоять перед підприємством, більше шляхів розвитку лідерських якостей особистості та її послідовників. Обґрунтована доцільність створення командної роботи в системі управління підприємством, яка є не просто сумісною роботою людей, об’єднаних однією метою, а співробітництвом, що ґрунтується на чіткому розподілі ролей, обов’язків, координації дій і зусиль. Зроблено висновок, що ефективність команди залежить від лідера (використання ефективних методів впливу, організації роботи, узгодження зусиль, ресурсного забезпечення) та її членів (відповідальність, усвідомлення значення завдань, уміння та зусилля, культури ділового спілкування).uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article explains the concept of leadership. It is determined that, in comparison to leadership, leadership is the process that is most focused on the emotional state of the team, the spiritual interaction of the leader and team members. There are a number of characteristics that can be a guide in the formation of effective leadership. Investigating the application of leadership in the enterprise management system, it is analysed that the more dynamic the environment in which the manager operates, the more opportunities to achieve the goals that are facing the enterprise, the more ways to develop leadership qualities of the individual and his followers. It is considered that leaders of large enterprises cannot effectively interact with all members of the team. It has been researched that a critical number is ten people for direct communication with a leader, that is, whom he can influence, inspire, direct. This is why it is so important to have a team that embraces, supports and disseminates the ideas of the leader. Such a team is an initiative, creative group. It is reasonable to create teamwork in an enterprise management system that is not just a teamwork of people united by one goal, but a collaboration based on a clear division of roles, responsibilities, coordination and effort. It is concluded that the effectiveness of the team depends on the leader (use of effective methods of influence, organization of work, coordination of efforts, resource support) and its members (responsibility, awareness of the importance of tasks, skills and efforts, culture of business communication). The article also outlines the shortcomings of teamwork. We believe that the team is formed by conservatism as a result of group thinking. The team becomes incapable of making bright, unconventional decisions, loses the ability to criticize their decisions and take the comments of others, pressures team members, and more.uk_UA
