Анотація
У статті виявлено основні проблеми відставання у розвитку трудового потенціалу за сучасних умов
господарювання. Систематизовано наукові підходи до оцінки трудового потенціалу підприємств та їх складових. Виділено
класифікаційні групи методів оцінки трудового потенціалу, охарактеризовано їх, здійснено порівняння між собою і визначено
місце застосування різних методів в управлінні персоналом.
The paper identified the major problems of underdevelopment of labour potential in the current economic conditions. The essence assessment of the employment potential and the main objective of such an assessment. Clarified the definition of «scientific approach», «method», «welcome» and «method». Systematized scientific approach estimates the employment potential of the enterprise and their components. Highlight classification of methods for assessing labour capacity, characterizes them, made a comparison between the place and the use of different methods in personnel management.
