Анотація
У даній роботі досліджено стан ефективності і легкості ведення бізнесу в України на основі різноманітних рейтингів, що є загальновідомими у світі і застосовуються міжнародними інститутами. Визначено тенденції розвитку вітчизняної економіки в цілому і місце країни у глобальному рейтингу конкурентоспроможності. Особливу увагу приділено взаємодії державних інститутів і бізнесу внаслідок суттєвого впливу таких інститутів на розвиток підприємств та формування сприятливого інвестиційного клімату країни. Представлено рейтинг України за складовими індексу ведення бізнесу та проаналізовано основні зміни, що відбулись у 2017 році із зазначенням причин і наслідків таких змін. Визначено основні загрози стійкому економічному розвитку вітчизняних підприємств та сформовано пропозиції з їх часткового подолання та удосконалення інституціонального середовища функціонування вітчизняних суб’єктів господарювання.
This paper examines the state of efficiency and ease of doing business in Ukraine based on a variety of ratings that are well-known in the world and used by international institutions. The tendencies of development of the national economy as a whole and the place of the country in the global competitiveness rating are determined. Particular attention is paid to the interaction of state institutions and business due to the significant influence of such institutes on the development of enterprises and the formation of a favorable investment climate in the country. The rating of Ukraine for components of the index of business is presented and the main changes that took place in 2017 with the indication of the reasons and consequences of such changes are analyzed. The main threats to the sustainable economic development of domestic enterprises are identified and proposals have been formulated for their partial overcoming and improvement of the institutional environment of functioning of domestic business entities.
