Анотація
Ринкова економіка неминуче пов'язана з диференціацією доходів населення, посиленням нерівності, з проблемою
бідності. Тому необхідна соціально орієнтована економіка, яка ставить на перше місце не темпи економічного зростання, а
зростання добробуту нації, створення рівних стартових можливостей для всіх громадян країни. У цьому випадку потрібне
активне втручання держави, вироблення ефективної соціальної політики, яка повинна бути спрямована на регулювання
відносин основних елементів соціальної структури суспільства, на узгодження довгострокових інтересів соціальних груп як
один з одним, так і з суспільством в цілому. Рівень розвитку соціально орієнтованої ринкової економіки робить істотний
вплив на формування матеріальної основи соціального захисту населення та системи соціальної роботи.
The market economy is inevitably linked with the differentiation of incomes, increasing inequality, the problem of poverty. It is, therefore, a necessary to analyze socially oriented economy that puts in the first place not economic growth and welfare of the nation, but equal starting opportunities for all citizens. In this case, there must be an active government intervention, the development of effective social policy which should aim to regulate the relations of essential elements of social structure, to agree on long-term interests of social groups with each other and with society as a whole. The level of the social market economy has a significant impact on the formation of the material basis of social protection systems and social work.
