Анотація
Здійснено аналіз науково-методологічних підходів до трактування сутності соціально-економічної системи.
Визначено взаємозв’язок категорій «розвиток» і «конкурентоспроможність» стосовно соціально-економічних систем в
контексті розгортання процесів глобалізації. Аргументовано, що в основу побудови концепції управління розвитком доцільно
покласти конструктивний підхід, який формує орієнтири розвитку структурних складових системи відповідно до поставлених
цілей. На основі систематизації наукових поглядів на сутність і завдання розвитку соціально-економічної системи визначено,
що основною метою, якій мають підпорядковуватися всі завдання розвитку, є підтримання зростання рівня
конкурентоспроможності. Запропоновано авторське трактування управління розвитком економічної системи як сукупності
взаємопов’язаних дій, обраних на підставі аналізу релевантної інформації про стан системи та середовище її існування,
спрямованих на посилення адаптивності системи й зміцнення її конкурентоспроможності у стратегічному періоді.
Підкреслено, що в глобалізованому економічному просторі конкурентоспроможність макроекономічних систем досягається
збалансованістю розвитку її мікросистем, яка має генерувати синергію спільної діяльності засобами інституційного
регулювання економічних процесів.
The purpose of the article is to determine the relationship between the categories of "development" and "competitiveness" of socio-economic systems, as well as derived attributes that will form a terminological apparatus of scientific search in the formation of conceptual theoretical and methodological basis for managing the development of socio-economic systems in the globalization context. In the context of competition intensification and the increasing level of globalization of economic activity space, it is important for each socio-economic system to strengthen its ability to resist competitive pressure while increasing its competitive advantages. This is ensured in the process of its purposeful development. The analysis of scientific and methodological approaches to the interpretation of the essence of the socio-economic system has been carried out in the article. The relationship between the categories of "development" and "competitiveness" in relation to socio-economic systems in the context of the deployment of globalization processes has been defined. It has been argued that it is advisable to base the construction of the management development concept on a constructive approach that forms the guidelines for the development of structural components of the system in accordance with the set goals. Based on the systematization of scientific views on the nature and objectives of the socio-economic system development, it has been determined that the main goal, which must be subordinated to all development goals, is to maintain the level of competitiveness. The author's interpretation of economic system development management has been offered as a set of interrelated actions, selected on the basis of analysis of relevant information about the condition of the system and its environment, aimed at enhancing the adaptability of the system and strengthening its competitiveness in the strategic period. It has been emphasized that in the globalized economic space competitiveness of macroeconomic systems is achieved by the balanced development of its microsystems, which should generate synergy of joint activity by means of institutional regulation of economic processes.
