Анотація
В статті розглянуто питання формування стратегії розвитку сучасних компаній України. В результаті проведених
досліджень виділено провідні напрями розробки корпоративної стратегії та визначено фактори її ефективного впровадження
до процесів функціонування компанії. Запропоновано механізм розробки стратегії промислової компанії. Деталізовано
процес розробки корпоративної стратегії. Виявлено основні складові процесу розробки стратегії компанії та запропоновано
інструментарій її формування. В статті доведено, що провідним критерієм розробки корпоративної стратегії є забезпечення
принципу її адаптивності в умовах економічного оточення впродовж прогнозованого часового лагу.
The article examines questions of strategy formation development of modern Ukrainian companies. As a result of exploration main directions of corporative strategy were revealed and factors of effective penetrations into processes of company functioning were defined. Mechanism of elaborations of industrial company’s strategy was proposed and the process of corporative strategy elaboration was worked out in details. Principal components of companies development strategy were revealed and instruments of their formation were proposed. The article proves that the main criteria of the development of corporative strategy is based on its adoptive ability in conditions of economic environment of forecasted time period. The purpose of the article is to identify the tools and tools for shaping the company's strategy within the chosen direction of its development. The main criterion for developing a corporate strategy is to ensure that it is adaptable in the context of the economic environment during the projected time lag. We propose the formation of a corporate strategy based on the data obtained as a result of the introduction of a methodology for developing an industrial enterprise strategy (MRSPP) into the company's activities. In order to increase the effectiveness of the process of developing a corporate strategy in the formation of its information base, it must be based not only on a comprehensive analysis of the context of the company's economic activity, but also focus on assessing the prospects of its SZG and determining the magnitude of its strategic success potential. Such an arrangement of priorities in the process of forming the information foundation of the company's strategy development is due to the fact that the combination of such categories of company activity as the magnitude of the strategic potential of success and the prospects of the SZG, makes it possible to predict the degree of efficiency of its activities within the period of the planned perspective. Note also that when a company already has a strategy, it can be adapted, if necessary, to changing environment by using such measures as restructuring the existing strategy and re-developing a new one.
