dc.description.abstractРозглянуто проблеми контролю за концентрацією як одного із напрямків регулювання монопольного становища суб’єктів господарювання. Доведено, що з метою запобігання монополізації товарних ринків, зловживання монопольним становищем, обмеження конкуренції територіальні відділення Антимонопольного комітету України здійснюють державний контроль за концентрацією суб'єктів господарювання і це є цілком доцільно.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe problem of the control of concentrations as one of the areas of monopoly regulation is given. The article is about the state control of concentrations between enterprises. The issue of economic concentration are reflected in the works of local and foreign scientists. With the study and analysis of published papers on this issue have concluded that despite significant achievements in the research of scientists requires a solution has a number of issues. It is proved that in order to prevent monopolization commodity markets, abuse of dominant position, limiting competition regional branch of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine carries out the state control of concentrations between enterprises. In our opinion, in order to prevent abuse and possible monopolization of commodity markets Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine have to constantly monitor media sources and require regional offices timely response to submission of the desire to make the concentration of enterprises.uk_UA
