Розглянуто проблеми у формуванні та реалізації державної культурної політики та шляхи їх вирішення, визначено пріоритетні завдання державної культурної політики в сучасних реаліях.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe substantiated role of the cultural component in the system of ensuring sustainable development of Ukraine is significant and indisputable, but its potential is not realized sufficiently. A number of problems in the formation and implementation of the state cultural policy and ways of their solution are highlighted, in particular, regarding the need to ensure proper financing of the cultural sphere from the state and local budgets; development of the creative industry in Ukraine and ensuring proper legislative support of this direction; promoting cultural development through ensuring the effective work of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation, as well as defining a range of priority tasks of state cultural policy, implementation of which is important in modern realities. Culture permeates all areas of human life. In the conditions of hostilities in the Donbass, political confrontation and the difficult socio-economic situation in Ukraine, culture should become a valuable basis for the consolidation of society. Reform programs in all sectors of the socio-economic system should be linked to ensuring sustainable cultural development. It is also necessary to introduce mechanisms for protecting the national cultural space from destructive globalist cultural practices, as well as from the negative ideological influence of unfriendly states.uk_UA
