Анотація
Метою написання статті є проведення аналізу економічного розвитку Вінницької області як головної передумови
соціального розвитку територіальних громад даного регіону. Проведено економічний аналіз розвитку промисловості,
комунального господарства на рівні області та базових рівнях. Проведено оцінку програмного забезпечення соціально-
економічного розвитку регіону. Викладено пріоритетні підходи до формування політики соціального розвитку територіальних
громад.
The paper outlines the economic development analysis of the Vinnytsia region as a major rationale for the social development of the territorial community. The economic analysis of development of the industry and municipal services at the level of area and basic levels is carried out. The programming support of the socioeconomic development of the region is estimated. The key priorities of the territorial community’s social development policy construction are embodied.
