Анотація
У статті розглянуто проблеми комплексного підходу до розуміння сутності фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства та її функціональних властивостей. Висвітлено концептуальні основи стратегічного управління фінансово-економічною безпекою підприємства. Обґрунтовано, що виконання завдань і функцій системи фінансово-економічної безпеки здійснюється у разі дотримання певних принципів та застосування ряду послідовних дій управління фінансово-економічною безпекою підприємства. Узагальнено концептуальні засади функціонування і розвитку системи управління фінансово-економічною безпекою підприємства та визначено критеріальні положення, що є передумовою реалізації ефективних управлінських функцій.
The article deals with the problems of the complex approach to understanding the essence of financial and economic security of the enterprise and its functional properties. The conceptual bases of strategic management of financial and economic security of the enterprise are highlighted. It is substantiated that fulfillment of the tasks and functions of the system of financial and economic security is carried out in case of observance of certain principles and application of a series of consistent actions of management of financial and economic security of the enterprise. The conceptual bases of functioning and development of the system of management of financial and economic security of the enterprise are generalized and the criterial provisions are defined, which is a prerequisite for the implementation of effective management functions.
