Анотація
В статье исследованы изменения в фискальной сфере Украины в контексте эволюционной экономики. Рассмотрена целесообразность использования термина "субъект реализации фискальной функции государства". Детально проанализирована проблема взаимодействия определённых групп субъектов хозяйствования с внешней средой. Обосновано предложение использования эволюционного подхода с целью корректного моделирования процесса взаимодействия субъектов реализации фискальной функции и определенной популяции предприятий. Предложено активизировать дальнейшие исследования в контексте взаимодействия и гармонизации отношений государственных институтов и субъектов хозяйствования с использованием подходов эволюционной экономики.
In this article we examined the change in the fiscal sector of Ukraine in the context of evolutionary economics. The expediency of using the term "subject of the fiscal functions of the state." Analyzed in detail the problem of the interaction of certain groups of entities with the environment. Justified the proposal using an evolutionary approach in order to correct modeling of the interaction of the subjects of the fiscal function of a given population and businesses. Proposed to enhance further research in the context of cooperation and harmonization of relations of public institutions and business entities using the approaches of evolutionary economics.
