Анотація
Розглянуто можливості врахування удару в елементах приводу та в робочих органах машин швейного та взуттєвого виробництв. Використовуючи загальні теореми динаміки, можна визначити миттєві значення кінематичних та динамічних характеристик саме в момент удару.
The possibilities of taking into account the strike in the elements of the gear in the working bodies of machines in sewing and shoe industries are described. The author considers light industry machines in which there is a sharp tension belt; rotation to the main shaft is transmitted by coupling; striking element contacts with the cam. In some elements of these machines there are sudden loads, which can lead to the destruction of both the item and the entire machine. Design of machine elements working to strike has its peculiarities. In the calculations it is necessary to consider only the strike forces and the pulses of strike force. Impulses of all other forces are neglected. Using the general theorems of dynamics, we can determine the instantaneous kinematic and dynamic characteristics at the moment of a strike. This allows a more realistic assessment of the effort and pressure that occur in the elements of mechanisms that are affected by a strike.
